The flavour is definitely milder than what I'm used to, but it's a welcome change from the stronger brews I've defaulted to over the last few months, and there's nuance enough to pique the palate still. The scent is wonderfully sweet and actually makes me want to make even more cups-- I use a V60 and end up keeping the leftover grounds on my desk to perfume my room. Wish the flavour profile had a bit more bite to it, but that's just personal preference and not worth docking a point over. Thanks!
